I always have a great experience with Britney! She’s super friendly and somehow remembers everyone’s name when they walk in. I love that she’s chatty when I feel like chatting, but also lets me relax and enjoy some quiet when I don’t. She always does a great job on my nails, and if I ever have an issue, she’s happy to fix it.

This place is fabulous! My girl Britney is the best! She’s so friendly so if you’re a yapper like me she’s great to talk to but if you want a silent appointment she can do that too. She’s very versatile. Her work is flawless. I show her a picture and boom she does it perfectly. She’s amazing so go book with her asap because she books up quickly! Also she’s fast too. Britney is the absolute best! I’ve been going to her every few weeks for almost 3 years and she absolutely never lets me down. She is efficient, skilled, and hilarious - 3 qualities I appreciate in a nail tech. iNails is an absolutely amazing nail spa and as badly as I want to gate keep, I cannot recommend them more! They are so kind, the shop is always clean, and Vi and Johnny make it feel like home.
